Frequently asked questions
How long should I plan to be at the spa?
Arrive 10 minutes early for paperwork and consultation. Plan your listed treatment duration plus a few minutes to transition between rooms.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours notice when changing or cancelling so we can offer the slot to another guest. Late cancellations may forfeit deposits where applicable.
How should I prepare for facials or waxing?
Avoid strong retinoids 48 hours prior to facial peels when advised. For waxing, hair should be roughly grain-length and skin free of oils or lotions for best results.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash, mobile money, and card payments are welcome at the spa. Deposits may be requested to confirm peak-time bookings.
Can I combine services?
Yes—mention combinations when booking so we schedule adequate time and therapist continuity.
Policies at a glance
